Most orders ship next business day after we receive your purchase (business days exclude weekends and holidays). During occasional high volume events like major sales, holidays, or busy seasons, order processing may take a few days longer.

Orders containing a pre-order item will ship once the pre-order item is back in stock. If you would like your in-stock item to ship before then, please place separate orders.

U.S. Domestic delivery times from ship date:

- Standard: 3–5 business days

- Faster: 1–3 business days

- Rush: 2 business days

- Overnight: 1 business day

International delivery times from ship date:

- Standard: 1–2 weeks (Note: we are currently seeing significant delays — please allow an additional 2–3 weeks)

- Rush: 3–5 business days
