Our eyewear is handcrafted by skilled experts. Every step in the 50-point, 60+ day production process ensures a more durable, comfortable and beautiful sunglass. First, raw material is hand mixed for the perfect color or tortoise pattern and pressed into large bioacetate sheets. Each frame is then cut from those sheets and tumbled for days in cedar wood chips. After tumbling, they are hand-shaped and fitted with optical grade hardware. A final, multiphase round of heavy polishing brings out the acetate&apos;s vibrant color. We work with highly technical eyewear manufacturers based in Shenzhen that are FDA &amp; CE certified and meet all local regulations and standards.
