Hey there!

It looks like your order hasn't shipped yet. Most orders ship next business day after we receive your purchase (business days exclude weekends and holidays). During occasional high volume events like major sales, holidays, busy seasons, etc., order processing may take a few days longer. We appreciate your patience as we work through the queue.

Orders containing a pre-order item will ship once the pre-order item is back in stock. The estimated pre-order ship window is included on the product page.

If you believe your order should have shipped by now, please shoot us an email, text, or chat. We're here to help!
